INGREDIENTS
PMS + Stress Formula is made up of 12 Chinese herbal ingredients, and potato starch is used as a binder. No added preservatives, chemicals, fillers or nasties.
Active ingredients: Angelica polymorpha, Paeonia lactiflora, Wolfiporia cocos, Atractylodes macrocephala, Bupleurum falcatum, Paeonia suffruticosa, Ligustrum Lucidum, Eclipta prostrata, Glycyrrhiza uralensis, Gardenia jasminoides, Zingiber officinale, Mentha haplocalyx. DOSAGE
Take 4 tablets once a day.
Maximum recommended dosage: 4 tablets twice a day.
Take at least 20 minutes away from food. This means you can take your dosage 2 hours away from food if you want to, but just not within 20 minutes of a meal.
If you are sensitive, try taking your dose 20 minutes after a meal.

I had been taking the acne formula which did help, however I then went onto the pms + stress formula as felt this was more suited to my symptoms and what could be causing my acne. I’ve gotten a Dutch test and my main issue was high cortisol. A lot of stress supplements contain ashwaganda which can inherently increase testosterone which I’ve thought could make my hormonal acne worse. This has been a natural alternative to help manage pms symptoms and stress
