DOSAGE
Zilch Acne Formula:
Take 6 tablets once a day.
Maximum recommended dosage: 4 tablets twice a day.
For ages 14 and up.
Zilch Digestion + Bloat Formula:
Take 4 tablets on an empty stomach in the morning. Maximum recommended dosage: 6 tablets once a day.
For ages 14 and up. Please check with your health professional if under 14 years.
Take at least 20 minutes away from food. This means you can take your dosage 2 hours away from food if you want to, but just not within 20 minutes of a meal.
If you are sensitive, try taking your dose 20 minutes after a meal.
When taking more than one Zilch Formulas product:
We suggest taking different Zilch Formulas products at opposite ends of the day. If this is not suitable, please leave at least 2 hours between products.

I've suffered with acne outbreaks for 16 years and always thought I just had bad skin. I am blown away by my results taking Zilch clear skin formula! It did take patience but the results are well worth it. For the past few years I have struggled with occasional hormonal breakouts until around 6 months ago when I suddenly got ****** acne all over my chin and along my jawline, including very large and painful *****. I had new breakouts almost daily. It was awful! I started with 6 tablets of Zilch a day and had a slight increase in breakouts for the first 2 weeks. I almost got discouraged and gave up, but so glad I didn’t! At around 4 weeks I started to notice a lot less inflammation and heat in my face. I was still breaking out, but not as deep or painful and they were healing more quickly. I then increased to 4 tablets twice per day and now at almost 9 weeks I am no longer getting new breakouts! I now have a lot of scarring to work on but feels like my skincare can actually do it’s job now that my skin is healing from the inside out. I took 6 pills a day for 3.5wks on an empty stomach and waited 20mins before food. I saw no difference at all in my skin. I could argue that it made my skin worse, I noticed a slight increase in new larger pimples. Went from 1-2 new ones a day to 3-4 a day.
Other background factors:
I kept my skin routine pretty basic (gentle cleanser, hydrating toner, gentle moisturiser with HA and ceramides) and didn’t add anything new to my routine. I am generally healthy (exercise 4x a week - track my calorie intake) and there were no major stressors during this time. Hormonal levels are all within normal limits. This was my last try before going to see a dermatologist and perhaps go on roaccutane.
Delivery was fast and the packaging was good.
