I mainly only deal with closed comedones and I had a bad flare up of them the past few months. I also started getting a **** or two eaxh month. I've only tried one bottle, but while taking it I noticed the deep pimples would come to a head by the next day and I could extract them and put a pimple patch on it and it'd be completely healed in a few days, compared to the 2 weeks it used to take. Works great on inflammatory acne. I can't say much about the non-inflammatory acne though. I haven't seen any change in those. I know they can be stubborn, and I suspect they may be hormonal so I am going to switch to the pms + stress formula and use that for the next few months .
